Noah, a 19-year-old from Berlin, showcased his culinary skills on the television program ‘Das perfekte Dinner’. Specializing in Italian cuisine, Noah prepared a meal under the theme ‘Primavera in Italia’.

His menu included a red pepper carpaccio with lemon mascarpone, a risotto with herb mushrooms and salsiccia, and a strawberry sorbet with olive-pistachio crumble. While his technical knowledge of flavors and textures impressed guests, he showed less expertise regarding wine pairings.

Following a four-month language stay in Bologna, Noah plans to pursue an internship at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Rome to further his professional ambitions.
