Berlin to host inaugural DesignDays in September 2026

The inaugural DesignDays. Berlin is scheduled to take place from September 24 to 26, 2026. Rather than a traditional trade fair, the event is designed as an open platform across the city to connect established creatives with emerging voices in design, architecture, interior, and culture.

The first edition features more than 60 brands and over 20 design events, including exhibitions, product presentations, workshops, and talks. High-profile speakers include Sebastian Herkner, Fabian Freytag, Jürgen Mayer H., and GRAFT Architects. Participating brands such as Bang & Olufsen, Laufen, Occhio, Roche Bobois, and Rolf Benz will present new projects and innovations.

The event coincides with Berlin celebrating its 20th anniversary as a UNESCO City of Design, marking two decades of international recognition for the city's creative diversity.
