BermudAir expands nonstop flight services to Belize

BermudAir has launched a new nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale and Belize, marking the start of a broader expansion plan. The airline intends to connect Belize to five American airports through new nonstop routes.

Following the initial Fort Lauderdale service, BermudAir plans to introduce four additional routes in December. These upcoming connections will link Belize to Boston, Massachusetts; Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Orlando Sanford, Florida; and St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay, Florida.

The Belize Tourism Board is utilizing these new connections to attract more visitors from the northeastern and southeastern United States, particularly during the winter travel season. To mark the inaugural flight, officials held a cultural welcome and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
