Berna authorities seize 26 suspicious packages near Route 11

Authorities in Berna seized 26 suspicious packages, potentially containing narcotics, found alongside National Route 11. The discovery occurred near kilometer 761, close to the El Palmar neighborhood, after a local resident reported seeing suspicious items in an area of burnt grass.

Federal Prosecutor Bruno Ojeda directed the Gendarmería Nacional Argentina to lead the investigation. Of the 26 seized items, seven were found burnt. The elements were transported to the Malabrigo Police Station for further processing as forensic experts work to determine the exact nature and composition of the substances.
