Bernabé Aráoz Bus Terminal undergoes modernization in Tucumán

Modernization works are progressing at the Bernabé Aráoz Bus Terminal in Tucumán, Argentina. The project, driven by Governor Osvaldo Jaldo and the Ministry of Public Works, Infrastructure, and Transport, aims to improve service conditions for passengers, workers, and businesses through progressive interventions.

Current works include the upgrading of the operational Control Tower and the final stages of a new nursing station, which is expected to be delivered next week. In the commercial sector, the relocation of shops is underway to clear the area currently occupied by the casino, facilitating a new main access to the shopping area.

Additional improvements involve reorganizing logistics sectors and relocating the National Commission for Transport Regulation (CNRT) offices. Construction has also begun on restrooms in the food court and interventions in Block 4. Future phases of the project will include air conditioning installation, parking improvements, pedestrian access upgrades, and landscaping of exterior spaces. Completed works include a new police detachment to enhance security and recent paving projects.
