Bernardo Larroudé hosts water resource awareness trail run

The town of Bernardo Larroudé hosted the second stage of the “4 Ríos, Un Desafío Original” circuit, an initiative that integrates trail running, tourism, and awareness regarding water resource management in La Pampa.

This specific stage focused on the Río Quinto under the theme “The management of excesses.” The event aimed to highlight the necessity of coordinated inter-provincial management to handle water surpluses, preventing flooding in urban and productive areas while exploring the potential for tourism and economic development.

The event took place shortly before a scheduled water management agreement between La Pampa and Buenos Aires. Participants included local officials, provincial authorities, and representatives from the National University of La Pampa.
