Berner Polska leases warehouse space at 7R Hub Nowa Huta

Berner Polska, a subsidiary of a leading European B2B maintenance product group, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 6,500 square meters of warehouse space at the 7R Hub Nowa Huta in Krakow.

The company plans to relocate its logistics operations from Skawina to the new facility in the fourth quarter of 2027. The leased space is located within building H1, which is intended to eventually reach a total area of approximately 42,000 square meters. The new site will be specialized to handle chemical products and will include a dedicated retail point for customers.

According to Andrzej Wasiak, President of Berner Polska, the move is part of a long-term strategy to optimize supply chains, reduce delivery times, and increase product availability across Europe. The relocation was supported by the international advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.
