Bert Ogden Arena to host WWE NXT Heatwave and AAA Ola de Calor

Professional wrestling events are scheduled for August 30, 2026, at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas. The day features a double-header including WWE NXT Heatwave and AAA Ola de Calor.

NXT Heatwave will feature a main event fatal four-way match for the NXT Championship involving Tony D’Angelo, Cruz Montana, Grayson Waller, and the debut of Zilla Fatu. Other confirmed matches include Kendal Grey defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Kelani Jordan, and a title unification triple threat match for the NXT Women’s North American and WWE Women’s Speed titles.

AAA Ola de Calor, which translates to Heatwave in Spanish, will serve as an opening event. The show is intended to build momentum for upcoming TripleMania events. It is scheduled to air at noon ET, with broadcasts available via YouTube and Fox in Mexico and parts of Central America.
