Havasi, represented by attorney Róbert Répássy, claims that while the first two months of his suspension salary were paid, his July payment of approximately 1.3 million HUF was stopped. Havasi presented payroll documentation suggesting the transfer was planned but subsequently halted, alleging the stoppage may have been a political instruction.

The complaint highlights that Prime Minister Péter Magyar had previously stated publicly on at least two occasions that Havasi's suspension salary would not be paid. While Administrative State Secretary Zsuzsanna Ducsay had previously indicated that payments would be settled, the funds were not received. Havasi suggests the decision could involve high-level officials, including Minister Bálint Ruff, though the investigation aims to determine the exact source of the instruction.
