Bertalan Havasi initiates legal action over unpaid allowances

Bertalan Havasi, the communications director for Fidesz, has initiated legal proceedings following the non-payment of his entitled allowances. Havasi reported that he has not received his payments for several months and has received no explanation regarding the delay. He has filed a complaint with the Public Service Decision Committee and appointed legal counsel to issue a formal demand to the Prime Minister’s Office.

In a separate political development, Havasi has publicly addressed the political landscape, stating that dialogue with Péter Magyar is impossible and reaffirming Fidesz’s stance of opposition toward the movement led by Magyar. Havasi characterized the path forward for Fidesz as one of direct confrontation with those he deems incompatible with the party’s direction.
