Bertioga and Juiz de Fora Revise Bus Schedules to Improve Service

The municipality of Bertioga on the São Paulo coast began a series of bus‑line changes on Sunday. Line 6 will now serve the Hospital Municipal, incorporating the former Line 9 route, while Line 11’s timetable was adjusted for night‑time students and Line 5 received additional buses during peak periods. The changes were based on technical studies and community requests, and no fare increase was introduced.

In Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, the city will modify the timetables of 17 urban bus lines starting Monday. Adjustments affect lines such as 207, 432, 500 and others, aiming to improve punctuality and overall service quality. This follows a broader effort that has already altered the schedules of about 80 lines this year, responding to operational reviews and citizen feedback.
