Canadian cultural organizations announce 2026-2027 programming
Various cultural organizations in Canada have announced their programming for the 2026-2027 season.
Télé-Québec revealed its upcoming lineup, which includes youth-oriented content such as ‘Tag Mammouth’, the return of ‘Les Millimus’, and the 50th anniversary of ‘Passe-Partout’ in 2027. The schedule also features discussions on digital media and celebrity culture.
In Drummondville, DRAC – Art actuel has launched a season featuring six exhibitions and three performances. The program explores themes like popular culture and digital technology, including collaborations with the Rencontre internationale d’art de performance de Québec (RiAP).
In North Bay, the Compagnons des francs loisirs launched its 63rd season with a focus on Francophone diversity. The programming includes a variety of multidisciplinary artists, aiming to normalize the use of French in public and community spaces throughout the Nipissing region.
Additionally, the MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges and the Conseil des Arts et de la Culture de Vaudreuil-Soulanges (CACVS) are seeking visual artists for an exhibition running from November 2026 to February 2027.
