Best Green won the 30th Hokkaido Sprint Cup (Jpn3) at Monbetsu Racecourse on August 13. The three-year-old horse, which entered the race as the favorite, secured the victory with a finishing time of 1:11.9.

Jockey Ochiai noted that after observing a late start from competitor Tokai Macheri, the strategy shifted to focus on a single target. Best Green utilized the fastest closing speed in the field to secure the win. Trainer Junji Tanaka expressed confidence in the horse's performance and indicated a desire to seek revenge against competitors from the Zen-Nippon Nisai Yushun (Jpn1).
