Best Man Manhattan clinic sued over allegedly botched enlargement procedure

A 31-year-old man from the Bronx has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court against the clinic Best Man Manhattan and Dr. Amanuel Samad Himmed, alleging a botched penile enhancement procedure.

The lawsuit claims the plaintiff underwent two rounds of treatments involving microinjections of Dimethicone Oil—a silicone-based polymer—in May 2024 and again in late 2024. The plaintiff alleges that following the second treatment, he suffered progressive complications, including pain, deformity, skin changes, and impaired sexual function.

Best Man Manhattan markets its nonsurgical procedure, which can cost up to $14,950, as a way to stimulate collagen for permanent enlargement. Neither the clinic nor Dr. Himmed, who reportedly now practices in Florida, have responded to requests for comment.
