BESTSECRET leases massive logistics hub near Poznań

BESTSECRET, a premium and luxury fashion e-commerce platform, has signed a major lease agreement for a massive logistics facility near Poznań, Poland. The facility, located at EQT Park Poznań Żerniki, provides a base area of 108,000 square meters, which expands to a total operational area of 188,000 square meters due to a four-level operational mezzanine.

The property is owned by the EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Value Fund IV, part of EQT Real Estate. This transaction is noted as one of the largest warehouse deals in Poland this year. The facility's location near the S11 route and the A2 motorway provides critical access to the Warsaw–Berlin corridor and Western Europe.

BESTSECRET currently operates in 27 countries using a closed membership model. The Poznań hub will be adapted to support its European e-commerce operations, specifically for order picking and product distribution. The transition between tenants occurred without any vacancy period.
