Beta Enerji delays IPO after terminating distributor contract

Turkey’s Capital Markets Board (SPK) approved the initial public offering of Beta Enerji ve Teknoloji A.Ş. on 10 June 2026. The company then unilaterally terminated its distribution agreement with BETA Elektrotechnik GmbH, triggering a required update to the prospectus.

Beta Enerji filed a revised application with SPK on 15 June 2026 to amend the sale announcement and revise the demand‑collection timetable. SPK approved the amendment on 17 June 2026, and the new demand‑collection period was set for 23‑25 June 2026.
