Beta Enerji IPO results disclosed, trading date pending on Borsa Istanbul

Beta Enerji ve Teknoloji A.Ş. completed its public offering, issuing 60.75 million shares at a fixed price of 40 TL per share, valuing the issuance at roughly 2.43 billion TL. About half of the shares were allocated to domestic individual investors, and the allocation process reached 1,124,953 investors. Demand far exceeded supply, with multiples of 2.46 × for domestic individuals, 10.2 × for domestic institutions, and 88.6 × for high‑demand individual applicants.

The exact date when the BETAE shares will begin trading on Borsa Istanbul’s Yıldız Market has not yet been announced. The exchange and the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) are expected to issue the official trading‑day notice in the coming days, after which investors will be able to buy and sell the shares.
