Beta Enerji launches 2.4 bn TL IPO on Borsa Istanbul

Beta Enerji announced a public offering of its shares on Borsa Istanbul at a fixed price of 40 TL per share. The IPO will place 60.75 million lots (approximately 2.43 billion TL) on the market, with 55 million lots issued through a capital increase and 5.75 million lots as a secondary sale. Half of the lots (30.375 million) are allocated to domestic retail investors on an equal‑distribution basis, while institutional investors receive about 39 % and the remaining 1 % goes to Beta group employees. Demand collection runs from 23‑25 June 2026, and the expected public float after the offering is 15 %. Proceeds are slated for growth investments, new campus completion, expansion of production capacity and working‑capital needs. The company pledged a 30‑day price‑stability mechanism, a one‑year prohibition on additional capital increases, and a dividend policy targeting at least 30 % of net profit. The offering is coordinated by a consortium of 41 broker‑dealers, including major Turkish banks such as Akbank, Yapı Kredi, Ziraat Bank, VakıfBank and others.
