Beta unveils 2027 RR Race enduro motorcycle updates

Beta has unveiled updates to its RR Race enduro motorcycle range for the 2027 model year, focusing on enhanced electronics and engine refinements derived from international racing experience.

The 2027 four-stroke models will feature new electronic systems, including launch control and quick shift technology. Launch control offers five levels of torque management to optimize traction and reduce wheelspin at starts. The quick shift system enables upshifts without closing the throttle, maintaining power delivery. These features are managed via a redesigned switch panel that also retains existing traction control and engine mapping.

Engine updates include the addition of titanium valves to several models: the 350cc and 390cc engines will use both intake and exhaust titanium valves, while the 430cc and 480cc models will receive titanium intake valves. Additionally, a new fully mechanical cam chain tensioner has been introduced.

Two-stroke models also receive refinements, such as an updated piston for the 125 2T to improve smoothness, and new main bearings for the 250 and 300cc models to reduce friction. The 300 RR Race 2T features revised cylinder-head geometry and exhaust-valve timing.
