Beta USA signs Shane McElrath to 450 Supercross contract

Beta USA has officially signed two-time FIM World Supercross Champion Shane McElrath to a two-year contract. McElrath will compete in the 450SX division for the Liqui Moly Beta Race Team, riding the Factory Beta RX 450F.

McElrath, a professional racer since 2013, holds the SX2 global titles from 2022 and 2024. His domestic career includes multiple AMA Pro Motocross and Supercross victories, as well as three runner-up finishes in the AMA 250SX divisions. He will join teammate Benny Bloss for the upcoming seasons. Carlen Gardner, Race Team Director, noted that McElrath’s experience in bike development and high-level racing will be invaluable to the factory program.
