Betclic ÉLITE basketball season begins with DAZN broadcasting rights

The 2026-27 Betclic ÉLITE basketball season begins on Friday, September 25, with streaming platform DAZN holding the broadcasting rights for the entire competition. Coverage includes all regular season matches, the playoffs, the finals, the All Star Game, the Leaders Cup, and the Young Star Game. To increase accessibility, DAZN will offer one free-to-watch match each week, typically scheduled for Sundays at 19:00.

The season kicks off with a matchup between Dijon and Strasbourg. SIG Strasbourg enters the season with a largely renewed roster following the preseason, while JDA Dijon looks to build on a strong home record from the previous year. Key figures to watch include Dijon’s veteran leader David Holston and new center Shevon Thompson.
