Beştepe Millet Ormanı sees high weekend visitor numbers in Ankara

The Beştepe Millet Ormanı, a 645,000 square meter forest area in Ankara, experienced high visitor density over the weekend. Established by the General Directorate of Forestry under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the site serves as a recreational hub featuring thematic gardens, walking and cycling paths, sports areas, and children's playgrounds.

The forest area includes the Turkish States Civilization Park and is characterized by approximately 750,000 trees and shrubs, following the planting of 410,000 new saplings. Visitors utilized various social facilities and recreational amenities, including areas for skateboarding, skating, and scootering, expressing satisfaction with the new natural and cultural space.
