Bethesda announces Oblivion Remastered release date for Switch 2

Bethesda Game Studios has confirmed that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered will be released for the Nintendo Switch 2 on August 11. This version is a graphical remake of the original 2006 role-playing game.

The release includes the base game along with the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions, as well as all additional downloadable content (DLC). While the title is already available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, this port marks its arrival on Nintendo’s upcoming hardware.

This announcement follows earlier revelations from Microsoft regarding Bethesda's catalog ports for the Switch 2, which also include Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
