Bethlehem Governor discusses education with Teachers Union leader

Bethlehem Governor Mohammed Taha Abu Alia met with Saed Arziqat, the Secretary-General of the Teachers Union in Palestine, to discuss the current state of the educational process. The discussions focused on the challenges facing the education sector following the start of the school month amidst difficult circumstances for the Palestinian people.

The meeting addressed the importance of ensuring the continuity of education and the necessity of dialogue between the Teachers Union and the Ministry of Education. Governor Abu Alia emphasized the union's role in advocating for teachers' rights while maintaining educational stability. Arziqat highlighted the union's commitment to ensuring students receive high-quality education and that teachers receive their rights to enable effective instruction.
