Bethpage High School inducts alumni into Hall of Fame

The Bethpage Educational Foundation inducted six former students and one athletic team into the Bethpage High School Hall of Fame during a ceremony held on October 2. The 2024 inductees include Stacy Aronowitz, Jaydeep Bhatt, Michael Florio, Patrick McCaffery, MaryAnn McGrath, and Gregory Patsos, alongside the 2001-02 boys basketball team.

U.S. Representative Tom Suozzi attended the event and presented Michael Florio, his former chief of staff, with a special recognition featuring a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol. The ceremony, which included remarks from Superintendent Dave Schneider, also served as a fundraiser for the foundation to support educational programs within the district.
