Betim Trade Center reaches 70% lot sales amid regional economic growth
The Betim Trade Center (BTC), a development for the logistics, industrial, and commercial sectors, has reached 70% lot sales prior to the completion of its construction. Located in Betim, within the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte, the project is positioned to benefit from the city's expanding economy.
According to 2023 IBGE data, Betim recorded a GDP of R$ 52.6 billion, making it the second-largest economy in Minas Gerais and one of the top 25 municipalities in Brazil. This economic growth is driving demand for industrial land and distribution centers.
In a notable development for the region, the multinational Fiserv inaugurated its first factory outside of Asia in Betim in May 2026. The facility is expected to generate 450 direct jobs during its first three years of operation. The BTC project, managed by VNC Realty, offers lots starting from 1,000 square meters to accommodate various industrial and commercial needs.
