Beto Cuevas performs first acoustic show in Santiago
Chilean-Canadian singer Beto Cuevas performed his first acoustic concert in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, at the Gran Teatro del Cibao. The show, which lasted from approximately 8:45 PM to 10:51 PM, featured a repertoire spanning his career, including hits from his time with the band La Ley and his work as a solo artist.
Cuevas described the acoustic format as a tribute to the musical roots of his songs, specifically referencing the influence of La Ley’s 2001 MTV Unplugged session. The setlist included songs such as ‘La Mitad’, ‘Día Cero’, ‘Vuelvo’, ‘Paraíso’, ‘Intenta Amar’, ‘Hombre’, and ‘Animal’. This performance is part of a Latin American tour that has exceeded 40 shows since its inception last year.
