Betsson and Evolution report Q3 2026 revenue growth
Betsson and Evolution AB have both reported revenue growth for the third quarter of 2026, driven largely by strong performance in Latin America and North America.
Betsson achieved record quarterly revenue of €326.5 million, a 10% increase year-on-year. This growth was primarily fueled by its casino segment, which rose 13.7% to €253.5 million, and a 51.8% surge in Latin American revenue. However, the company's EBIT fell 31% to €46.1 million, and net income declined 44% to €28.2 million due to rising gaming taxes and payment provider costs.
Evolution reported third-quarter revenue of €526.1 million, up 3.7% year-on-year. The company saw significant regional growth in Africa (23.7%), Latin America (23.1%), and North America (13.6%), which helped offset a 4.7% decline in European player revenue. Despite the revenue increase, net profit fell 3.6% to €243.3 million.
Evolution CEO Martin Carlesund criticized recent regulatory shifts in Brazil, noting that a government decision to prohibit regulated online gambling forced the company to close its Brazilian studio on October 5, 2026.
