Beverly Hills stabbing leaves one dead and another injured
A fatal stabbing occurred in an alleyway in the 400 block of North Palm Drive in Beverly Hills late Sunday night, August 30. Police responded to reports of an altercation involving two men at approximately 11:39 p.m.
Officers located one male suffering from a wound to his neck. Despite receiving medical aid from the Beverly Hills Fire Department and being transported to a local hospital, the victim later died from his injuries. A second man, identified as a Beverly Hills resident, was also injured during the confrontation and taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
Beverly Hills Police Chief Max Subin stated that detectives are conducting a thorough investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident. Authorities believe the event was an isolated occurrence and that no other parties were involved.
