Beverly Vance Aikins criticizes Abdul El-Sayed

Beverly Vance Aikins, the mother of Vice President JD Vance, stated during a podcast appearance that she would ‘probably punch’ Democratic Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed if they ever met in person.

Speaking on the ‘Tomi Lahren is Fearless’ podcast, Aikins called El-Sayed an ‘idiot’ and suggested he was ‘jealous’ of her son’s family. Her comments were a response to previous remarks made by El-Sayed regarding the Vice President’s wife, Usha Vance, and their children.

In April, El-Sayed commented on the racial identity of the Vances' children during a podcast appearance, suggesting JD Vance might face ‘awkward conversations’ with his biracial children regarding his political stances on immigration. El-Sayed also recently made comments on social media regarding the Vice President’s family history.
