Beyoncé and Maluma release salsa collaboration ‘CUERPO (TUMBAO)’

Beyoncé and Colombian singer Maluma have released a new collaborative track titled ‘CUERPO (TUMBAO).’ The song is a Spanish salsa-inspired rendition of Beyoncé’s ‘Get Me Bodied’ and serves as a tribute to the late Cuban salsa singer Celia Cruz by sampling her hit ‘La negra tiene tumbao.’

The collaboration is featured on the B’Day (20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition), a special reissue released to mark both the 20th anniversary of Beyoncé’s sophomore album and her 45th birthday. The track blends English and Spanish lyrics.

In addition to the Maluma collaboration, the deluxe edition includes a posthumous duet with Selena Quintanilla titled ‘Irreemplazable (Como La Flor)’ and a Timbaland remix of ‘Get Me Bodied’ featuring Puerto Rican rapper Voltio.
