Beyond Vision secures €28 million in Series A funding
Portuguese drone manufacturer Beyond Vision has closed a €28 million Series A funding round to accelerate industrial growth and technological development. The round was led by Lisbon-based venture capital firms Índico Capital Partners and Lince Capital, with participation from existing shareholder ActiveCap.
The company specializes in dual-use drones and artificial intelligence-driven systems capable of remote control and swarm operations. The new capital will be used to double the size of its production facility in Alverca do Ribatejo, aiming for a monthly output of 500 to 800 drones. Beyond Vision also plans to advance its beXStream cloud-based platform and expand its presence in the United States, where its emergency response drones have drawn interest.
Founded in 2013 and registered as a NATO supplier, Beyond Vision develops unmanned aerial systems for defense, security, and industrial applications. The firm has recently entered the naval drone market and exports the majority of its production globally.
