BFI London Film Festival hosts premiere of Klara and the Sun

The world premiere of Taika Waititi’s film “Klara and the Sun” took place at the BFI London Film Festival. The event featured the film's principal cast, including Amy Adams, Jenna Ortega, and Natasha Lyonne.

Amy Adams stars in the science-fiction drama, an adaptation of the novel by Kazuo Ishiguro. During the event, Adams discussed the public scrutiny often directed at maternal characters in film. Jenna Ortega, known for “Wednesday,” attended as part of her transition into prestige film projects.

Actress Florence Pugh also made a notable appearance to support the cast. Pugh wore a sheer, plunging teal gown from Rodarte’s Spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection, featuring floral embroidery and sculptural sleeves.
