BGRE app Converge reaches 200,000 downloads in India

BGRE has announced that its bespoke tenant engagement app, Converge, has surpassed 200,000 downloads. This figure represents approximately 70% of the company’s tenant employee user base across India.

Designed as a mobile-first digital platform, Converge provides a centralized interface for workplace services and amenities. Key features include food ordering, sports facility booking, visitor access management, and mobile-based building access, which aims to reduce plastic usage by eliminating the need for RFID cards. The platform also facilitates engagement with campus events and recreational activities to foster community-led wellness.

Charu Thapar, Executive Vice President and Head of Operations and CRM at BGRE India, stated that the app reflects a commitment to building technology-first workplace ecosystems that extend beyond physical infrastructure to create more connected environments.
