BH Pošta announces logistics investments and employee bonuses

BH Pošta marked World Post Day in Sarajevo by presenting its current operations and future development plans aimed at meeting the evolving needs of the postal and logistics market. The company, which operates over 400 postal units and 800 counters with approximately 2,700 employees, is focusing on significant investments in infrastructure and personnel.

General Director Adis Šehić announced that as part of a policy to reward employee contributions, each staff member will receive an additional 900 KM by the end of the year.

To enhance logistics and e-commerce capabilities, the company is investing in transport capacity and technology. Planned upgrades include the delivery of 32 category B freight vehicles, three category C freight vehicles, and 65 mopeds. Additionally, BH Pošta is in the final stages of signing a contract to purchase a logistics center to improve the processing and distribution of shipments.
