BH Telecom to pay 50 million KM dividend

BH Telecom has announced it will pay a 50 million KM dividend to its shareholders. Of this amount, 45 million KM will be directed to the budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the company's majority owner.

The dividend marks the largest regular annual payout since 2018. This follows a record-breaking year for the company, which reported 566.1 million KM in revenue for 2025, the highest in 11 years, and a pre-tax profit that is the highest in 10 years. Net profit reached nearly 70 million KM, while EBITDA stood at 169 million KM.

General Director Amel Kovačević attributed the increased dividend to the current management's business strategy, improved operations, and employee dedication. Despite the payout, the company plans to continue its development cycle with 410 million KM in planned investments over the next three years, focusing on mobile and fixed network modernization, optical infrastructure expansion, and digital service development.
