Bharat Electronics Limited announces MIT walk-in recruitment

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna public sector undertaking under India's Ministry of Defence, has announced walk-in recruitment for Management Industrial Trainee (MIT) positions for the 2026-27 period.

The selection process will take place on September 10, 2026, at the BEL Bengaluru Complex in Jalahalli. Eligible candidates must be Indian nationals who have passed either the CMA (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate) examinations. The recruitment does not require an online or postal application; instead, candidates must report directly to the Centre for Learning and Development at 9:00 AM on the scheduled date.

The training program is initially set for one year, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of three years based on performance. Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000. The official notification does not specify the total number of vacancies, though statutory reservations will be applied according to government norms. Candidates pursuing or holding higher qualifications are ineligible for these specific roles.
