Bharat Electronics Limited announces recruitment for 350 engineers

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under India's Ministry of Defence, has released a notification for the recruitment of 350 Probationary Engineers for 2026. The vacancies are designated for the E-II grade, consisting of 200 posts in Electronics and 150 posts in Mechanical Engineering.

Eligible candidates must hold a four-year engineering degree in relevant disciplines. The online application process is scheduled to open on 28 October 2026 and will remain open until 18 November 2026. A computer-based test is tentatively planned for 22 December 2026.

Selected engineers will receive a basic pay between ₹40,000 and ₹1,40,000, with an estimated annual Cost to Company (CTC) of approximately ₹13 lakh. Appointees will be required to sign a two-year service agreement involving a ₹2 lakh bond.
