Bhartiya Urban to invest over ₹1,000 crore in North Bengaluru project

Bhartiya Urban has launched Nikoo Homes 9 | Alpine | Bhartiya Garden Hill in Bagalur, North Bengaluru. The project, a joint venture with Alpine, involves an investment exceeding ₹1,000 crore and spans 13 acres of freehold land adjacent to KIADB Park.

The development will consist of 1,584 residential units across two phases, featuring a variety of configurations including studio apartments, lofts, and Sky Villas. The master plan integrates residential living with a 40,000-square-foot commercial and retail center.

Amenities include the 32,000-square-foot Black Swan Club, a facility dedicated to fitness, recreation, and leisure. The project is designed with a focus on pedestrian-friendly environments, central courtyards, and global landscape architecture.
