BHM Real Estate warns of systematic defamation campaigns

BHM Real Estate Development has issued a formal warning regarding what it describes as systematic defamation campaigns and misinformation targeting the company and its major projects. The company reported observing misleading content on social media platforms and instant messaging services like WhatsApp, alleging that these efforts are driven by competitors and individuals using artificial intelligence to spread fabricated news.

Chairman Gamal Abdel Messih criticized these tactics as “dishonorable” methods of competition within the Egyptian real estate market. He stated that the campaigns aim to undermine investor confidence and extort the company financially. BHM has announced it is taking legal action against those spreading rumors, coordinating with security authorities and cybercrime units to prosecute those involved.

Despite these challenges, the company noted that 90% of construction on its major projects in the New Administrative Capital has been completed. BHM maintains a strategic portfolio of commercial and tourist towers in the Downtown area, located near the Monorail station and Misr Mosque.
