Bhola officials demand documents over Char Fasson teacher transfer allegations

The Bhola District Primary Education Office has requested urgent documentation following allegations of irregular teacher transfer orders issued by Md. Mizanur Rahman, the Primary Education Officer of Char Fasson Upazila.

District Primary Education Officer Aminul Islam issued a directive requiring all relevant records to be submitted by October 5. The requested documents include lists of teachers transferred via replacement, details of those who have joined or are yet to join their new posts, minutes from the intra-upazila transfer committee, and a verified list of vacant positions in all primary schools within the sub-district.

The inquiry follows allegations that Md. Mizanur Rahman bypassed established rules and regulations to facilitate irregular transfers. The data collection is reportedly linked to a decision made by a district-level committee on October 3 regarding the placement of newly recruited assistant teachers for the 2025 recruitment cycle.
