Bhopal authorities announce traffic plans for BJP rally

Authorities in Bhopal have finalized traffic and parking arrangements for the “Loktantra Bachao, Arajakta Hatao” programme, a BJP rally scheduled for November 4 at 10:00 am. The event is expected to take place at Atal Path in the TT Nagar locality, with a large-scale rally extending toward the Apex Bank intersection.

Officials anticipate between 40,000 and 50,000 participants, arriving in approximately 1,200 buses and 2,000 four-wheeled vehicles. To manage the influx and maintain public traffic flow, specific diversions have been established for various routes.

Buses from Vidisha and Raisen will be diverted through several intersections including Mahatma Gandhi Square and Chetak Bridge, with parking designated at the MLA Rest House complex. Buses from Narmadapuram and Mandideep will proceed via the GG Flyover and Tulsi Nagar, parking near Ambedkar Park. Meanwhile, vehicles from Sehore and Ratibad will pass through Bhadbhada Square, with parking located at Model School.
