The Public Broadcasting Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) has filed a formal complaint with the Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK) against the Public Radio Television of Republika Srpska (RTRS). BHRT claims that RTRS violated principles of accuracy, fairness, and impartiality. The complaint specifically highlights RTRS's alleged attempt to exert undue pressure on the judiciary by naming Judge Gordana Marić of the District Commercial Court in Banja Luka and suggesting how judges should act in active legal proceedings.
