Bhubaneswar Development Authority extends Ekamra Residency application deadline
The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has extended the deadline for online applications for its Ekamra Residency housing project in Subudhipur. Prospective homebuyers now have until November 30 to apply, following the previous deadline of October 31.
The project spans approximately 7.34 acres and offers 496 apartments across two blocks. The inventory includes 288 two-bedroom apartments with a study room and 208 two-bedroom apartments. Allotments will be managed through a lottery system to maintain transparency.
Financial incentives for successful applicants include a full exemption from Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a 5 per cent exemption on stamp duty. The Rs 10,000 application fee will be adjusted against the final cost of the apartment, and unsuccessful applicants will receive a full refund of their Rs 2.1 lakh deposit. The ready-to-move-in units are offered on a freehold basis and include one year of complimentary maintenance. The complex features earthquake-resistant structures and amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and sewage treatment plant.
