Bhumjaithai Party MPs provide flood relief in Bangkok and Pathum Thani

Bhumjaithai Party Members of Parliament from provinces unaffected by flooding have mobilized to provide aid to residents in Bangkok and Pathum Thani facing ongoing floodwaters. On October 4, the team prepared 2,000 meal boxes to distribute to impacted communities.

Led by Sakon Nakhon MP Borum Engchuan, the relief effort began in the afternoon, targeting the Fa Khram and Rom Yen communities in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani. Following the initial distribution of approximately 300 meals, the team scheduled further deliveries to Wat Lat Sanun and three other communities in the Lam Luk Ka district.

To navigate flooded areas, the mission utilized two boats from the Phetkasem Foundation along with rescue teams, as well as two boats provided by local official Ja Toy. These vessels were used to transport an additional 1,500 to 1,700 meal boxes through Khlong 1 to reach residents in the Khu Khot and Lam Sam Kaeo municipal areas.
