Bhuvneshwar Kumar to lead India at Hong Kong Sixes 2026

Veteran Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar will captain a star-studded Indian squad at the 2026 Hong Kong Sixes. The tournament is scheduled to take place from October 30 to November 1 at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.

The Indian contingent features several prominent IPL performers, including Krunal Pandya, Shashank Singh, Rahul Tewatia, Nitish Rana, Rahul Tripathi, and T. Natarajan. The squad is designed to leverage a mix of international experience, aggressive batting, and specialist bowling to suit the fast-paced, six-a-side format.

India aims to improve upon its 2025 campaign, which included a narrow victory over Pakistan before an early exit. The 2026 edition will include eight major cricketing nations and four Associate Members. Pakistan enters the competition as the defending champions.
