Bùi Xuân Huấn builds gold‑plated Hanoi villa amid real‑estate expansion

Bùi Xuân Huấn, popularly known as Huấn Hoa Hồng, is a Vietnamese livestreamer and author who has promoted a series of self‑help books. After authorities fined him for illegal publishing, he shifted to online sales and founded Hoa Hồng Land in September 2022 with a charter capital of VND 2 billion, holding a 40 % stake. The company’s other shareholders include Vũ Bình Long, Nguyễn Thị Thu Hằng, Đào Vũ Định and Nguyễn Thị Thái, who also serves as legal representative.

Huấn also chairs HL Group, a diversified firm with nearly VND 100 billion in capital, in which he and his wife Phạm Thị Ngọc Linh own 95 % of shares. In May 2024 he opened a Japanese cedar garden, Chiến Huấn JP, in Hoài Đức. His personal residence is a five‑storey, gold‑plated villa in Vinhomes Ocean Park, Hanoi, valued at about VND 50 billion. The house features gold‑plated railings, statues, and a private shrine, and is displayed alongside luxury cars such as Range Rover, Porsche and Mercedes‑Maybach. Huấn has faced multiple legal penalties, including three fines and a drug‑related arrest in 2020.
