Bia Kicis advocates for impeachment of Justice Alexandre de Moraes

Federal Deputy and senator-elect Bia Kicis (PL-DF) has advocated for the impeachment of Supreme Federal Court (STF) Justice Alexandre de Moraes. Kicis stated that removing Moraes would compel other ministers to adhere more strictly to the constitutional framework.

In addition to seeking impeachment, Kicis proposed structural reforms for the Supreme Court. Her suggestions include increasing the minimum age for entry, requiring prior judicial experience, and implementing fixed terms of approximately ten years for justices. She also suggested a transition rule for current ministers to facilitate these changes.
