Biała Podlaska faces delays in implementing city center paid parking zone

In Biała Podlaska, local councilor Marek Dzyr has filed an interpelation regarding the delayed implementation of a paid parking zone (SPP) in the city center. Although the city council approved the resolution in March and the official start date was set for September 1, residents and entrepreneurs report a lack of visible infrastructure, such as parking meters or barriers.

Mayor Michał Litwiniuk previously stated that the project, funded by the ‘Polska Wschodnia’ EU program, aims to improve traffic flow and prevent the degradation of the city center. However, the lack of clear communication regarding the current status of the project has caused uncertainty among local businesses and employees.
