Biagio Antonacci Photo Challenge Sparks Social Media Buzz in Lucera

Francesco Pio Paoletti, creator of the Paoletti’s Farm social channels, launched a series of posts titled “La ricerca di Biagio Antonacci” while the singer performed at the Roman Amphitheatre in Lucera. The daily updates depict increasingly absurd attempts to obtain a photograph with Antonacci – from offering a consolatory plate of pasta and shoes to the singer, to creating photomontages and staging volunteers to “protect” the amphitheatre entrance.

The stunt attracted the participation of Maria Angela Battista, the Assessore alla Cultura of Lucera, who recorded a video urging Antonacci to finally pose for a picture. The campaign has generated widespread online engagement, with users commenting, sharing and tagging the singer, turning the light‑hearted effort into a viral “telenovela” that may continue with future performers.
